What this changes
The service may process account identity, candidate records entered by customers, job mandates, recruiter notes, email delivery metadata, integration configuration, subscription state, and security logs.
Information is used to operate the recruitment workflow, deliver configured messages, secure accounts, support billing, prevent abuse, and maintain the service. Relevant providers may include hosting, email, database, cache, and Stripe services.
Recruitment customers determine why candidate information is entered and must establish a lawful basis. Requests concerning candidate data may need to be directed to the recruiting customer. Retention periods, regional rights, subprocessor details, and controller/processor roles require legal confirmation.
