Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for candidate communication content, consent and lawful basis, mailbox authorization, account security, exports, and actions taken using the service.
Subscriptions and unresolved clauses
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Renewal, cancellation, refunds, service levels, warranties, liability limits, governing law, dispute terms, and termination consequences require legal approval before launch.
