Terms and legal agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the CandidatePulse platform. By creating an account or accessing our services, you agree to comply with these terms.
What this changes
CandidatePulse provides a cloud-based recruitment CRM and candidate follow-up automation platform for recruiters and recruitment agencies. By registering, you confirm that you are using the service for professional business purposes and have authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at security@candidatepulse.com if you suspect unauthorized access or compromise of your login credentials.
You agree to use CandidatePulse solely for lawful recruitment activities. You must not: (a) send unsolicited spam, bulk marketing campaigns, or prohibited messages; (b) upload unlawfully acquired candidate data; (c) attempt to probe, scan, or breach the security of our infrastructure or tenant boundaries; or (d) reverse engineer any portion of the service.
When you connect a third-party mailbox (such as Gmail via Google OAuth or Outlook via Microsoft 365), you grant CandidatePulse permission to send candidate outreach emails solely as configured and triggered by you within the application. You remain solely responsible for the content of your communications and for complying with applicable anti-spam and privacy regulations (including GDPR and CAN-SPAM).
You retain 100% ownership and all intellectual property rights in all candidate records, job mandate data, notes, and custom email templates that you create or import into CandidatePulse. CandidatePulse does not claim ownership of, sell, or rent your data to any third party.
Current paid amounts and currencies are displayed on the Pricing page from the same Stripe-backed catalog used at checkout. Paid subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout. Supported upgrades, invoices, payment methods, and cancellation are managed through Stripe. Product downgrades are not currently available in the application.
CandidatePulse is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to provide reliable availability but do not promise a specific uptime service level unless agreed separately. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CandidatePulse shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions, email provider rate limits, or lost profits.
You may request account termination and deletion through support@candidatepulse.com. Requests are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable legal retention obligations. Disconnecting a mailbox removes the stored connection credentials for that integration.
